Domeview Yard

Domeview Yard is a workspace conceived and built by Assemble. There are 2 buildings on the site, one devoted to fabrication, mainly in metal and timber, and the other to music production.
The unique location of the site allows, being close to the tube in zone 2, but a long way from any residential uses, makes it an ideal location for noisier, messier uses which have been relentlessly pushed out of the city in the last few decades.
Assemble Workspace have a 5-year lease on the site, before it will inevitably be demolished to make way for luxury flats. The construction is robust but economic to reflect the needs of industrial users and the short time-span of the project.
